Project Delegate is a youth-led organization that empowers young leaders by providing them with Model UN and diplomacy skills and resources to advocate, lead, and create meaningful change. Our mission is to inspire and equip the next generation of leaders to shape a better world.
Who we are
We are a group of driven high school and college students who see how challenging it can be for young people to be heard within their communities and want those voices to speak out about the issues they are passionate about.
What we do
In pursuit of our goal, we create accessible ways for students to develop their diplomatic, debate, and leadership skills. From online Model UN conferences to our custom debate preparation chatbot, we offer tools for delegates of all experiences.

In an increasingly polarized time, the art of communication and leadership is needed more than ever. We believe leadership is a skill—not a status—and every student deserves the chance to shape their world, no matter their background. This is why we created Project Delegate, to help young people realize that their voices have power, and that power can spark real change.
Services
Attending a Model UN conference is the best way to hone your skills. We run digital conferences throughout the year for delegates of all experience levels.
Nail that opening line with our custom-built AI chatbot system, Delegate AI. All delegates can polish up their presentation skills, learn about a discussion topic, or proofread a speech.
